Booking & payment options
One agreed fare. Convenient ways to pay.
Secure payment request
After confirming your itinerary, ask PEM for a secure Square invoice or payment link for the agreed deposit or full fare. JIM payment links are available as the backup option when arranged directly.
Use the trip-specific link provided by PEM. A payment receipt alone does not confirm a pickup time or reservation.
In-person Tap to Pay
When agreed at booking, pay by tapping a supported contactless card or mobile wallet on PEM's phone. Square is the primary Tap to Pay system; JIM is the backup.
The confirmed fare stays the same whichever system is used. Optional gratuity and any agreed itinerary changes are separate.
Your quote states the payment schedule, included services and applicable cancellation/no-show terms before you pay. PEM confirms receipt, any remaining balance and the reservation details directly. Please do not send card numbers by email, text or this request form.
