Request a quote ↗Starting fares are not a guaranteed price for every address or time. Other pickup areas, airport arrivals, return trips and Philadelphia (PHL) are quoted individually. A round trip consists of two separately confirmed transfers. Airport trips are subject to required permissions and service availability.
Your airport quote includes
- Private SUV and driver for one pickup and one destination
- Luggage assistance and flight monitoring when flight details are provided
- 30 minutes of arrival waiting after actual domestic flight arrival, or 60 minutes after actual international flight arrival
- 15 minutes of grace time for a scheduled home or hotel pickup
- Ordinary traffic on the confirmed route
Known mandatory tolls, airport access charges and planned parking are identified in your quote and included in the confirmed total. Gratuity is optional. Extended waiting, additional stops and itinerary changes are separate; see the terms below. Flight delays may require an adjusted pickup time, subject to availability.

Executive & corporate transfers

One direct, prearranged trip for business travel or visiting clients. Your route and total are confirmed individually. Retained-driver time and multiple meetings use hourly service.
Multi-stop transportation

Custom itinerary quote. Your confirmation lists every included stop and its waiting allowance; the starting fare does not include unlimited stops or waiting.
Hourly & special occasions
A vehicle reserved for your plans.

Three-hour minimum · $330
For meetings, planned stops, dinners, celebrations and special events. The vehicle and driver remain reserved during the confirmed service window; planned stops and waiting within those hours are included.
The service area, itinerary and any mileage limits are agreed in the quote. Tolls and planned parking are disclosed in the confirmed total. Additional time is $55 per started 30 minutes, subject to availability. Transfer waiting charges do not also apply during paid hourly service.

Significant detours are quoted separately. PEM will notify you before chargeable waiting begins. Meet-and-greet arrangements and exact terminal pickup locations depend on airport authorization and are confirmed individually.
Square is PEM's primary payment system; JIM is the backup. The agreed fare is the same whichever system is used. PEM absorbs standard payment processing charges. Optional gratuity is separate.
Deposit, balance due, cancellation and no-show terms are provided with your quote before payment. A trip request is not a confirmed reservation.
